Honestly if you plan on getting the x470 board stay away from gigabyte it's a pain to change your led light colour.

If you want a cube shaped case, you can get one. Corsair's Air series are probably one of the better examples for mATX/ATX cube cases, I just wouldn't get the HAF XB.

Yeah, don't do that. That appears to be very similarly priced to the 100Hz ultrawide monitor I recommended, which is WAY over-priced for a 4k 60Hz monitor. If you were just going to go 4k60Hz, get this;

That's far from a good enough reason not to buy a motherboard, especially when OP himself said he wanted a case without a side window anyway.
