When I turn my window 10 hp computer on I get a error message pop up on the screen.

After I hit okay to the error message my whole desktop background is black and their is no apps.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Are you connected to WiFi?
It should be solved if you connect.

I'd give it a reboot then, if not let me know and I'll look further into the issue.

I can't even reboot the pc.
When I try to click on the icons on the computer it's doesn't do anything.

Are you able to open file explorer? If so copy the desktop folder and paste it into the location in the picture.

If not let me know and ill tell you a way to try fix it.

You've got a clear sign that this is a Windows issue, nothing more. One can't simply fix by connecting the wifi.

Download windows 10, put on USB or CD, boot from it and select "repair my PC" It should replace // add any files that you are clearly missing to boot into Windows.

Factory resetting my computer worked but I'm still going to download windows 10 to a usb incase my computer acts up again.
