Hello
Just wondered if anyone had the same issue or can help.
I own GTA SanAndreas digitally on the Xbox 360 however on my Xbox One it has never shown as ready to install and when I access it through the Store it asks for another £11
Has anyone sorted this issue?

If it's a 360 version and its not backwards comp. then it would explain why it doesn't work.

If you license transferred a game on 360, you cant play it on Xbox One backwards unless you pay for it. Don't know if you payed for it not, but that's probably why.

Works fine for me. It's a weird one. Have you done the basic troubleshooting like delete and re-download profile?
I did try and look for a solution but it's kinda bad. You switch location to Germany and download it and then change back. But that's the release for Germany and some of the stuff from the game has been cut, so you won't get the full uncut game.
Also would reach out to Xbox Support.
