This is what I would do around your budget, and get a CPU cooler, RAM and a HDD later.

Any chance you could make it a ryzen 5 2600x I've always been a ryzen guy, not to keen on intel and the Ryzen 2600x out does quite well

Fortnite, PUBG, and Adobe all prefer Intel to AMD, and at 1080p 144Hz, you will notice a difference between a Ryzen CPU and the Intel alternative, assuming the GPU isn't holding you back. GTX 1060 is a mid range card so you won't notice the difference quite as much, but an i5-8400 will perform better than an R5 2600x for 1080p 144Hz.

I understand that but they won't be the only games i'll be playing their just a smudge really as i'm looking to overclock the ryzen which iam confident with, i'd just rather stay with AMD as i am comfortable with them:)

The i5-8400 is the better option for your use case. Like I said, the i5-8400 will perform better than the R5 2600x for high refresh rate gaming and Adobe programs. For streaming, the 2600x will be better for people viewing the stream, but the i5 would let you keep higher performance in game, but slightly worse quality for viewers. Just so you know, but if you're going to stick with a 2600x, then cool.

Budget is a little confusing, so I'm assuming the budget is £800-850 including the cost of the CPU, but not the peripherals?

Run the stock cooler for now, it'll be fine. Then when you have some spare cash, you can upgrade to an AIO CLC. Sometimes you'll see some deals on older Cooler Master or Corsair AIO's, or Scan sell refurbished units for great prices sometimes. Don't get an S340, the H500 replaced it. Only managed to get 8GB RAM in because you'll want to go X470 with a 2600x for sure IMO. You could fit 16GB RAM in within budget, but it's not worth the sacririces you'd have to make IMO so you'll also probably want to add another 8GB RAM when you can.

My bad sorry, you don't need to include the R5-2600x as i have managed to get hold of a new one free:)
