Short story buying this pc comes with a monitor keyboard and mouse and headset and of course desktop just want to know if it's worth buying and if it could run games like fort nite pubg any steam games etc

i dont really think thats worth the price unless it comes with some high quality peripherals

The system and monitor are worth about $500, maybe $525 at a push. So, no, that's very likely not worth $650 unless it's a pretty high end keyboard, mouse, AND headset.
Will it play any steam games? Yeah, absolutely, but that's not very difficult and it doesn't make the system worth it. You could build a system with brand new parts for less than $400 that would be able to run Fortnite, and other games, not very well but it'd do it.
