What is your budget and currency?USD

Do you need a monitor? No

Do you need a keyboard? Yes

Do you need a mouse? Yes

Do you need an operating system? Yes

What will you use the PC for? I plan on using the pc to run a bot application that runs multiple tasks for clothing apparel and footwear along with heavy internet browsing. I don't plan on using it for gaming at all.

You could easily get away with spending half that much for a basic system like that;

CPU: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($94.89 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($84.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($105.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($62.49 @ OutletPC)
Case: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($24.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Power Supply: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($39.99 @ Amazon)
Total: $413.34

You could get it even cheaper if you really wanted, something like this;
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ] / [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

CPU: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($66.99 @ B&H)
CPU Cooler: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($19.99 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($55.47 @ Amazon)
Memory: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($81.82 @ Amazon)
Storage: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($62.49 @ OutletPC)
Case: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($24.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Power Supply: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($39.99 @ Amazon)
Total: $351.74

For keyboard and mouse, you can buy a cheap combo for $20-30 that would be perfectly adequate. If you want some nicer, more expensive peripherals, we'll need to know if you have a preferred switch type, want LEDs or not(RGB?), whether you're comfortable with a tenkeyless keyboard, or any other preferences you may have.
