It seems the company Production IMS has now declared itself bankruptcy and has now given letters of notice of it to the staff members of the company.
With Date a Live S2 and movie previously done by them and the announcement of Date A Live S3, its possible they were picked to do that and if so it likely means it may go back to the original studio who produced the the first season or a complete different studio.

Yoshino is gonna be grown with 2 kids by the time DAL S3 comes out. Hope its not cancelled, I need more Kurumi in my life
