Hi guys I just purchased an Xbox 360 today to mod and play retro games. I was wondering if anybody has any good links and parts list to do this? I was hoping I could do it without ripping the machine apart but I guess I can't but oh well it will give me a fin project. Any tips and tricks will be great

You gotta buy a Jr Programmer v2 off of ebay pretty cheap, You need a Soldering Iron and Soldor, Don't forget flux (make sure it's a good kind lol) And the wires needed to RGH an Xbox that are needed to Soldor onto the chip and the console etc.. You can also get them from ebay. But yeah that's all I know off the top of my head, Rodent can roast me all he wants lmao just tryna help a lil bit haha
