I was really hoping for a modern game as well. Even though I'm slightly disappointed, the game looks fantastic and Battlefield games are always great in my opinion. I'm hoping for the best from this one as well.

Holy shit the trailer was horrible. The whole thing was chaotic as hell. wtf is with a female solider on the front lines with a prosthetic arm? The only female soldiers were Russians or French resistance fighters. Diversity ruining games again.

I really enjoyed the trailer. Very fun. It is just the matter of the WW2 setting. Not a fan. I need to see more to be sure, but I will probably pass on it.

I think the squad and role changes they have made in the game at least in the trailer are good. The characters as far as females and what not, I don't care about it. They can keep it or take it out, doesn't matter to me. I think this will be a better battlefield than the previous one. I got burnt out on the previous battlefield really quickly.

Trailer seemed pretty action packed, I liked it. Really drew me in

I wish there would be a super futuristic battlefield but that will never happen.

Overall I thought the trailer was complete trash to be honest, it is more of a call of duty trailer than anything. It's just chaos and nothing particularly of interest shown clearly.

Details that have been released of the game sound quite interesting though. I don't think the trailer will have given the game justice.

Only reason to go for this game is that i liked its older versions

I'm abit ashamed but Battlefield have great in depth game mechanisms that never fail to intrigue a gamer. I do think a modernised battlefield would have destroyed Call Of Duty again *cough* Battlefield 1 and would have created a whole new level of excitement and entertainment but ayy it is what it is. Hopefully the next one will be it.
