Also this monitor looks like a good alternative, let me know what you think.

Put the Meshify C in intentionally because it's far cheaper and has great airflow. I'd definitely recommend that over the R6 for you. If you're happy to spend the extra on the R6 though, go for it. The Smasung 970 EVO you chose is a bad choice for you regardless. The OCZ TR200 is the best 240GB SSD I could fit within budget. If you're comfortable going over budget a little, I'd definitely reccomend grabbing a Samsung 500GB 860 EVO, should set you back about $130.

Again, I really do not think you will see any benefit with the R7. Especially in basic office type programs. You'll only notice a difference if you're doing lots of editing/rendering/compression or other similar workloads on a daily basis. For a gaming system with some office use on the side, you'd honestly be far better off getting the Intel system with an i5-8600k and the cheaper RAM. That would even let you get the 860 EVO in budget;

There you go, R6 like you wanted and 500GB 860 EVO within budget. 8600k which you'll be able to overclock nicely with the Cryorig H5. Still 3440x1440 @ 75Hz IPS monitor and the rest the same. You can swap the Gigabyte board for the Asus Z370 Prime if you'd prefer. I'd still recommend the Meshify C over the Define R6 for you though.

Nah. Pretty sure it's a TN panel instead of IPS and you won't be hitting 100FPS at 3440x1440 in AAA titles with a 1070Ti anyway.
