This build is from a local shop and I'm wondering if it is worth the money or could I get better? The price is £699

INTEL CORE i5 4570 3.2GHz CPU
GIGABYTE B85M-HD3 MOTHERBOARD
16GB HYPER X DDR3 2400MHz RAM
KOLINK OBSERVATORY RGB CASE
EVGA 600W 80+ BRONZE PSU
2000GB HARD DISK DRIVE

GIGABYTE 3GB GTX 1060 GRAPHICS

Worth about half of that, at most. Old quad core i5. CPU/Mobo/RAM are worth maybe £175-200 together. Case is cheap, just flashy. PSU is also cheap. Case, PSU, and storage are probably worth £100 total. So that's roughly £275-300 without the GPU.

You could buy a used GTX 970 for £125 which would perform slightly better than a 3GB GTX 1060.
