Hey there!

I have a gaming PC that can handle any game on high settings 1440p, but when i start streaming it starts dropping frames even at 720p 60fps and it gets annoying, so i'm thinking about building a dedicated streaming pc that could stream 1080p at 60fps and of course as low budget as possible.

Peripherals: I already have the needed peripherals.

Parts i already have:
Case - Cooler Master Elite 430 Black
HDD - 500GB
