I have spent the past 5 hours sorting everything out finally online running (Thanks for everyone that's helped ) I've installed all the ninja files correctly when I load B02 up and go into a game there is no option to open any cheats just a + crosshair like that in the middle of the screen? I probably just don't know how to open anything because I'm a noob! Any help is highly appreciated!

There's a fille on your HDD called NINJA.ini open that up and make sure Black Ops 2 Cheats are enabled, ( I think it's NiNJA.ini )
They should be by default, if you're connected to online..

Thank your for the reply, I have just went into my HDD1 and clicked Ninja.ini and nothing happened? I also clicked Ninja.xex to see if that worked and it rebooted my console?

You will need to drag it from your HDD to your Computer Desktop, so that you're able to open the file and edit what's inside

Replace " False " With : " True "
on everything listed there and then put it back on your HDD then reboot your console, problem solved!

I have just changed every single one of them to "True" and rebooted my console now the + crosshair has gone and nothing atall is happening it's like a normal game of call of duty may it be because the "Disable" needs to be changed to "enable"? I'm so confused right now

No problem, should I change the "disable" to "enable"? Because it wasn't working with disable and false before

No leave it all how it was before, set to false that's how it should be
It Means Do you want to disable this option for this game, you don't want to do that, so it should be set as false, send your launch.ini please. < the plugins set inside it >
