3D Kanojo: Real Girl
So I have been on the search for great Spring 2018 animes, and along the way I watched the first three episoes of 3D Kanojo Real Girl.
Basically, it is a romance/shoujo genre anime. The main character is an otaku, and through random incidences he ends up getting a involved in a relationship with a beautiful girl named Igarashi. He avoids social life and is obsessed with everything 2D. Upon getting involved with Igarashi he is thrust into many real life situations all revolving around her.
I have to say it is not my favorite anime so far. I would give it a 6/10. I can't seem to get interested in the otaku main character, Tsutsui. He just doesn't seem interesting to me. He is nerdy, but is stereotypically still a great guy, which is what draws Igarashi to him. I hope to see him develop into a more interesting character, which is entirely possible, as only the first couple episodes have aired! Igarashi seems interesting, as she definitely has a lot of deeper emotional things going on. The school aspects of the anime are things I have seen time and time again, but there's only so much you can do in that regard; I just thought that would be interesting to point out, anyways. I will keep watching this to see how it turns out haha.
