Looking for someone to make me a gta5 modded acount that I can transfer to xb1 I don't have alot of money to spend so looking for some one to do it for around $10

The chatctaer data teenager feature was removed from gta online March 6th, 2017 ever since then you can no longer transfer a characters progress from last gen to current gen. You can only purchase a modded account that was transferred before Rockstar removed that feature and with the low stock on pre modded account the prices are very high in most cases $100+
