For one, I've already tried that, and two, I shouldn't have to. I've never had this issue happen before.

Have you tried to restart your system? I know my computer did this sometimes before it would crash.

Maybe one of your internals is going out, or possibly you're internet. Call up you ISP (Internet service provider) they could have a bad connection to your modem that has to be reset by signal that they have to send from their end to fix the connection issues

I think this is an ongoing issue with YouTube themselves. I make YouTube videos as well, and the most recent video I uploaded [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] works just fine in all qualities for my brother and I, but two of my friends both said they have issues with my video spefically buffering. I reached out to YouTube, but still haven't gotten any word back from them yet.

Embedded video that was linked above:

What are the specs on your computer? How much ram? how much empty space on your hard drive?
Also what is the download speed on you internet?

I have a feeling it might not be internet related. Typically if it is internet related youtube will try to drop the quality automatically or will hang for a couple seconds.

But yours sort of glitches out which makes me think it is an memory issue or something else.

I commented on this before, but I really looked into the problem and the reason why your laptop is stuttering like that and making that noise is because your memory or RAM is maxing out. You need to allocate less usage towards Chrome or whatever browser you use and it may fix the problem
