Uchuu Kyoudai/Space Brothers
This is an anime I actually started watching because I've always been interested in astronauts and space. When the Youtuber, ProZD recommended this one, I decided to give it a go.

It's definitely a bit slower paced than a lot of the action animes, but its incredibly interesting. It gives a pretty good look at space flight, the astronaut process, and aeronautic programs. Not saying that its educational or anything, it's just cool to see all this stuff in an anime.
I would give this show an 8/10.
Basically it's about two brothers who have the dream of going into space. While the younger brother accomplishes this and becomes an astronaut, the older brother is stuck working a job he doesn't care much about. He overcomes his self-doubt and eventually takes up the chance of a lifetime to make it into space. The story follows the older brother, Mutta, and the younger brother, while detailing their ambitions. They overcome a lot of obstacles, especially Mutta. The road to becoming an astronaut is a long one
It's a very funny anime and kind of a long Slice of Life with 99 eps. I would definitely recommend it if you like space or Sci-Fi at all, like me.
I definitely feel like this show is a hidden gem. I would love to know if any of you guys have seen Space Brothers.
