Just went and watched the series, not bad, similar to Isekai wa Smartphone and Knights & Magic. There wasn't really a huge amount of progress in plot, it has only just scratched the surface on the truth surrounding the reincarnated/summoned, and more importantly, the origins of the MC. A second season would be welcomed just as long as it picks up the pace in terms of story progression, but as to whether a continuation will happen, I think it unlikely.

I totally agree, Woodsflame. It was really funny, which was definitely one of the main takeaways. It's also enjoyable if you appreciate the video game aspects of it.

It was a bit more of a harem than I was hoping for. All in all, I really enjoyed it though. Thought it was funny that I just binged the whole thing a couple days ago too.

I definitely think it needs a 2nd season like you said Mortar. As for whether it will get a 2nd season or not, who knows. They may have made the first season with a second season in mind even before they started on the first season. Or maybe they didn't, but it'll get a second one anyway. Or it won't happen at all. You can never tell with anime studios/producer/etc. I'll say this though, I've seen worse shows get second seasons before.
