Ok so im wondering, but is there a way to unban profile (I highly doubt) if not is there anything I could do to backup installed games on Xbox one or just anything which could retrieve anything luckily I can retrieve my Xbox 360 game saves but not Xbox one saves because of vantage disabling the sign in feature for Xbox one.
Im goingto be making new profile and going to get new gold again oh well

There is nothing you can do. The above suggestion should probably be ignored as there is no way to unban accounts and I doubt you could do anything without someone needing the account
You can recover accounts and maybe make it your home Xbox to get the games. I'm not sure
