Your Minecraft render blends well with a white background, but it doesn't really with a dark one. It leaves a thin, white outline that doesn't look too good. Fortunately, there's an easy fix.

Layer > Matting > Remove White Matte

Alternatively, you can use Defringe, with the width at ~1 pixel, instead of using Remove White Matte, but in this case, they pretty much have the same results.

It never hurts to use a template as a sizing/allignment guide when making banners, especially a YouTube banner. Your Envy banner isn't properly aligned, and if I were you, I'd fill in the rest of the banner so it doesn't look like you just stopped midway through. Just because those parts of the banner aren't visible to the vast majority of people, it doesn't mean no one at all will see it.

Your TutorialsDaily revamp is straight from a template. A generic one, too. You should at least use the same (or somewhat similar) font instead of using the default font Photoshop picks out when it can't recognize the font used in a PSD that you got off the web. I'd also capitalize all the letters, in this case.

A lot of the work you linked looks really dated. It's not really a bad thing, if that's what you were going for, of course. When did you make these?

Anyway, I think you should work on some basic things like:

- Font choice.

- Alignment.

- Maintaining the aspect ratio when resizing text/images.

- Not using low-res images for high-res projects (Banners, for example).

With that being said, keep on practicing, dude. You'll only get better.
