Earlier today Bluehole revealed their new road-map for upcoming content in PUBG. A gang of new promises got battle royale fans excited, but before Bluehole could even celebrate anything here comes Epic to steal all their thunder! Epic Games took to Twitter to announce the mobile version of Fortnite Battle Royale.
This version of the game will be playable on iOS and Android devices. Here's the kicker! The mobile version will feature cross-play between smartphones and the PS4 version. It'll be interesting to see how they balance the cross-play. I personally wouldn't want to face someone with a controller because touch controls suck. Maybe they'll have an option to turn cross-play off?
Starting Monday, March 12th you can sign up to participate in the beta. just know the beta is for iOS devices only. According to their blog post, "you will need an internet connection and iOS 11 on at least an iPhone 6S/SE, iPad Mini 4, iPad Pro, iPad Air 2, iPad 2017 devices."
Don't forget the new 20v20v20v20v20 mode is out now

Touch control is gonna be pretty bad imo'
Unescape mobile got announced and has been pushed back multiple times, so i see it as a possibility here. either way, i can't wait to try it

I'm imagining a very small screen very difficult to play, but why not? Fortnite is taking 2018 by storm.
