I have the Logitech C920 camera and it seems to be having some firmware problems.
The problem is the camera never seems to update its software after downloading the update and will never open in the advanced settings for the camera to adjust the picture.
I currently am running Windows 10

Contact Logitech. May be an issue with the firmware release. Could be thousands of things.
