Is it possible to get an account that you lost an email and password to with an rgh or jtag and you have it on a hard drive

I don't know much about RGHs or JTAGs, but I'm sure you could contact Microsoft as I think Xbox is the console you lost the account on.
Btw, this should probably be in the Xbox forum so we know what kind of account you're talking about.

If you have it in the hard drive then can't you go online and check the Microsoft account part, it normally tells you the email or it appears on the top of the screen if you're connected to Xbox live

Edit: can't 100% make out what you're asking.

If you are wondering if a modded console can get accounts then the answer is no
