Yes it's true. The makers of PS4-AIO just dropped a update that brings a complete mod tool for Infinite Warfare for the 4.05 Jailbreak of PS4.

looks pretty sweet I can't believe there are already mods for this game, Can't wait till a menu is released on the ps4 as the jailbreak is easy to do atm.
