A high school homecoming queen was killing in a crash after she lost control of her vehicle and went into oncoming lanes and struck a tractor-trailer.
She was 18 years old. She had hit the truck and sent down an embankment. Both drivers were wearing seatbelts. She was a senior at Dawson County High school. Where she was named homecoming queen earlier that year.
