Multi Mod Menu for GTA & COD

I was wondering is there an existing Mod Menu that contains multiple mod menus?
Example: There's a MAIN Mod Menu that allows me to pick which Mod Menu to use and I can go back and pick another Mod Menu.
I'd like to have one for GTA 5 (Online) and COD BO3 (Zombies), GHOST (Extinction) , COD AW (Multiplayer)
I did some research and found out that it possible to make your own (Multi) mod Menu, as in taking any existing mod menus and put em together in a "folder" etc.
Can anyone help me?
