I KNOW LITTERALLY NOTHING ABOUT PC PARTS OR BUILDING THEM SO PLEASE DONT BE COMPLEX
I am looking for a pc mostly for streaming as mine freezes the stream and uses 100% cpu when using legato and obs programs
I know what I am doing I just don't know what I need to be able to run these smoothly
I need to know which is a decent cpu ,gpu and motherboard for this build?
all help is greatly appreciated

Are you trying to upgrade your current PC? If so we need the specs of everything.
OR
Are you trying to build a new one from scratch or purchase a prebuilt since you are unfamiliar?

I would just save up more money honestly. A build I'd recommend for your application would be around
£500. I'll put what I think would work for you below, it does not have a GPU due to the shortage/inflation of pricing.
