PC is SUPER loud on startup

Its only while starting up. Got a fully custom built PC no crappy parts but it will be super loud for like 1 minute then go quite?

Can you list your entire spec list if you know it
You don't have to but there are a couple of power supplies from Corsair that do a fan test upon startup.
It could also be your motherboard. There might be a setting in your BIOS called "quiet boot". Try that.
Hard to say much more with limited information.

Another point is, if your fans are controlled by software within windows, that would explain the loud fans upon startup, meaning the software hasn't yet loaded to control them, and their default setting, is maximum.

I'm sure it's just your fans on your cpu running hard. Once your computer is on and settled they'll calm back down.
You can turn them down in your bios settings or sometimes even in your normal settings.
Your graphics card fans can be controlled within the nvidia control panel as well.

Go to the Hardware Monitor section of your BIOS for fan speed settings. You can also use a hardware fan controller to set the speeds manually.
