All my life, I've wanted to restore old cars, and make them beautiful again. My life's had it's twists and turns but I got there. In this album is a build that I did awhile back ( due to people asking about it often) that I decided to post about and get your guys thoughts on it. It was a huge struggle, but it was worth it.
Here is the album:

If some of the pictures look weird, I apologize as Imgur compresses images.
My crowning achievement on this build, is that it rolled across the floors of Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale. It ended with a winning bid of $220,000. It's really crazy to think that I had the opportunity to do such a thing. Everything was done by me, paint, custom exhaust, everything except upholstery.
Here is a picture from Barrett-Jackson:

Wow that paint job looks amazing.
You like painting? I'm thinking about trying to paint my 83 camaro z28 and 92 s10. I'm also thinking about going to school for it too.

I do really enjoy painting, however I never went to school for it. I practiced for years just getting the right technique. Obviously, don't practice on customer/project cars, I had lots of extra body panels I always used. But I'm sure going to school for such a thing will go much quicker and possibly teach you better / faster techniques. Good luck man!

Yea I'm sure I got a couple of body panels around here that I can practice on. What brand and model paint gun did you use? Also are you getting your paint online or buying it locally?
