As the title states, I'm looking for either a Jasper rgh or a slim rgh. I'm not looking to spend over $130-$140. If possible I'd also like to have at least a 500G or 1TB hdd installed on it as well. Must be from the US only.

This looks like a good budget for what your looking for I suggest streamah or Rodent

For what you want for the price isn't possible unless you find someone who is just willing to get out of it. Just be sure you do it get scammed

yea you can find them cheaper but no warrantys on open packaged ones never know what your getting when you buy a used one so just cheaper in the long run to buy brand new and and ship to my customers with out having them to return the hard drive and then my customers are unhappy due to they got some old crap saving them a buck or so
