Yes you will be able to host lobbies with your connection, the best stealth is NiNjA but costs a pretty penny. Cheaper stealth is XBLOnline by about $10-$15 a month. Be sure to get chaotics tool which you can find on TTG. And if you need further assistance on your RGH be sure to pm me.

Well first off congrats on getting the RGH.
About 6 years ago my connection was around 10 to 15 mb/s. And I can tell you that it was lagging a good bit. But your internet might be different. I have 50 mb/s now and sometimes I don't even need force host on to become host. If I was you I would call your internet provider and see if they have a update on your package to up your speed. I did this and they updated my router and jumped me up to 50 mp/s for free.

The best stealth server that everybody is using now is ninja. Alot of people here uses streamah stealth server and they love it.

A good tool to use right now is choatic360. I have their tool and they have alot of option for every game.

A good paid cod menu right now is destruction v1 and Matrix mods. I have both and I like them.

A couple of good free menus is jiggy v4.5 and tcm v12 for bo2 and blue sky for mw2.

This is my 2, 10-15 mbps is average and people within 2-3 states should have a solid 4 bar. But if you want to have godly internet you're gonna need 100+mbps download and upload. That being said I prefer using an Ethernet cord rather wireless because the entire lobby ends up being on solid 4 bars unless they have garbage internet. NiNJA is the best stealth server out there, but XbOnline and Teapot has cheaper prices and if you wanna go free go with Streamah. If you're trying to make cash off of hosting then I don't recommend looking any further as a large portion of the Xbox community and people offer free services all the time. But as long as you wanna have fun and just have a good time then you're in the clear!
