best way to do this is

power the console off
unplug it for 30 seconds

boot the console as normal

as soon as you see the green swirl show up on the tv or on ring of light leds
press eject this will by pass your plug ins and allow you to go straight to the dashboard with out freezing the console on the logo

then you can change your plug ins,
after you change them save the settings by going to the section where it list your hdd


X button,on hdd , then A button to select should show green dot next to the hdd
then X button again saves the settings,

reboot and should be fixed once you change your plug ins,

if this contuines to freeze try again and change plug in again

aslo make sure your connected to online with the xbl server you are using

My plug ins are 1: xbdm.xex 2: streamah.xex 3: jrpc2 4: rpc.xex

Update Ive watched over 10 videos and still not able to get it online now i get passed the loading screen but everything turns black and it stays like that

Literally make a launch.ini file that is blank on a USB and use that. Or you can use this one below, I cleared all plugins which means you will need to add XBDM's plugin back to use Neighborhood as well as the stealth server's plugin back to go online.

The xbox said " Fatal Crash error"

just reset your plugins by turning your xbox on by power button then straight after eject disc tray
