Hi,
I just bought an Xbox one S. I wanted to see if I can run emulators on this. Seems like the only way to do this is by having a developer account. I have a Microsoft student account, is there a way to get the developer account for free by still have to pay the $19 fee.
Overall if I have to pay is the developer account worth it? Is there enough useful software to sideload to justify the cost?
