Yeah dead lifts are my favorite thing to do in the gym.
I did my level 2 Gym Instructor course through YMCA FIT as an apprenticeship and I'm currently doing the PT course through Lifetime training at my work place! and yeah man I'd love to post in your thread! I'll give it a go
