You're still trying to do too much. Go back to the mouth belly thing. Take notes of what you did. Take two different objects, and blend it on a darker environment again. Pay attention to your lighting. Do NOT mix light highlights, with a light picture. I.E your choice of orange on red.

Could fix some of the shadows and the lighitng in some parts but overall pretty clean.
