I purchased a used Thrustmaster racing wheel for an xbox 360. After hooking it up, there is no power to the wheel. I went through the troubleshooting list and followed to the letter. Still nothing. There is however a parental lock on the 360 that can't be turned off. I'm guessing that may have something to do with it. I'm not xbox savvy. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.....smoke

Hi! Sorry I don't know much about the product so I'm not sure how the product actually hooks up to the console

Is it via a USB port? Could you try to hook up the wheel to a laptop or PC and see if it gets power from that?
