Does anyone know how to make videos automatically save to an mp4 or whatever isnstead of an flv after recording as it is doing my nut in

What program? Should have a setting to change it, unless software puts it out as a flv. Most of the time, you can change default setting

Typically obs I'm wanting to change, I see the option to change now thanks, what format would you suggest changing too? I'd like high quality
