What is your budget and currency? $600, its okay to go a little bit over

Do you need a monitor? No

Do you need a keyboard? No

Do you need a mouse? No

Do you need an operating system? Yes

What will you use the PC for? Photoshop, editing, gaming (such as CSGO, H1Z1 things of that nature), and streaming.

Aesthetics? A see through panel with some LED lights would be nice but not necessary.

When? Im probably going to order it within a day or two

Assuming you're running at least a decent 1080p monitor;

CPU: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($144.76 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($79.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($69.99 @ Newegg)

Video Card: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($123.89 @ Amazon)
Case: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($49.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ($49.99 @ Amazon)
Total: $613.37

You can get it right under $600 if you swap the Ryzen 5 1400 for an R3 1200 and the 120GB SL308 for a 275GB Crucial MX300. The Ryzen 5 will be beneficial for streaming, but if you're not doing that much streaming, I'd grab the Ryzen 3 and bigger/better SSD.

Motherboard does not have wifi. You'll need to grab a PCIe wireless network adapter for wifi. You should be able to get a decent one for $20-25 easily. I wouldnt recommend using a wireless connection though, unless you're moving the system around a lot.

I'd only get a wireless adapter if you're moving the system between houses a lot, or going to friends houses/LANs with your system a lot.

If its just being moved around the same house quite a bit, Id get this instead;

Still much better than a wireless connection but you dont have to be near your router.
