I can confirm this is BS. I went from drinking a lot of pop and juice to only drinking water a few years ago and I can tell you I don't even look 10 days younger lol.

No, I'm not a hippy, that crap is just freaking expensive so I live on water lol.

There is such a thing as water fasting which people have done where you live off just drinking water, as long as it's done correctly and you seek medical advice whilst doing it, it is extremely healthy, it can stop things like cancerous tumors growing because they have nothing to feed off within the body

drinking water over pop daily is going to give you some results obviously but water isn't this magic weight loss tonic


You'd experience results over a lot longer span than 30 days

Yeah a few YouTubers have done it and I also watched a documentary about it, considered doing it in January and making videos on it in depth explaining all if the pros and cons to it..?

Drinking water is definitely much healthier than drinking stuff such as Coca-Cola but I don't believe there's any way drinking JUST water is the Fountain of Youth everybody's looking for.

Drinking water is important since we lose so much water from our bodies, primarily from urine and sweat and we're supposed to drink at least half a gallon per day but nope, I like drinking my juice or alcohol every now and then.
