Hi guys, how is it going?
So, I want to buy the best computer for my money in order to play PUBG and CSGO with 60+fps using medium settings. My budget is 1000$ for the pc and monitor, but I am willing to pay a bit more for parts that are significantly better.

Im not sure about the resolution because I need to buy a monitor too, which one do you recommend, is 144hz much better than 60hz?

Is it worth to buy a pre-built one or to build one and getting windows10?( its 100$!)

Modest Gaming built, that i got from pcpartpicker:

pre built 700$

How big is the performance's gap between then?
Thank you so much!

i think everyone will tell you that you shouldnt go with the pre-built because you can get more power in a PC for the same price, but im not an expert in computer, but i to know thats almost everyone will tell you

No, pre-builts are not worth it. Currently you will probably get a similar GPU with a pre-built as you would with a custom built system because GPU prices have been terrible and only recently returned to around MSRP(for mid range at least). However, pre-builts almost always have shitty PSUs, cheap motherboards, a lacking CPU, lower quality case and poor storage options.

Windows 10 is not $100. No one should pay anywhere near that for OS. You can use Win10 for free, or buy a key for <$30 from G2A, /r/microsoftsoftwareswap, or a number of other places.

Yes, 144Hz is objectively better than 60Hz. Whether it is "much better" or worth it, is subjective.

Nice monitor, 1440p and a good overclocker so you should be able to get it between 96-120Hz pretty easily. You could save a bit of money on case, by getting an Eclipse P300 instead. I'd personally spend a little extra for a 650W PSU to have XFire support but it's a feature not many people will utilise so the 450W PSU is perfectly good. If you do want to be able to add a 2nd RX 580 at any point though, without having to buy a new PSU, you'll need to get a decent 650W PSU. I'd like to recommend an i5-8400 but Ryzen pricing is really good right now, and the R5 1600 is just a better option than the i5 right now since you would need to pay at least $100 for a Z370 motherboard with the i5, which just kills the value, especially considering the R5 1600 is under $200 and motherboard prices are pretty decent. Plus you can overclock with the R5 1600.

If you want to get the system around $1000, swap the Meshify C for an Eclipse P300 like I said, and drop the SSD to a 120GB SK Hynix SL308.

Thx for your reply.
1) Why rx580 and not gtx1060
2) I just care about fps, do you think that maybe a 1080p would be better? any recommendation?
3) About storage, is an 120GB ssd enough for pubg, csgo?

THX

RX 580 is better value. 6GB GTX 1060 will perform slightly better in some games, and vice versa, but you'll be paying $30-40 more for an equivalent GTX 1060.

No, 1080p is not better. Like I said, you can easily OC the QX2710 to 96-120Hz which is still a significant improvement over 60Hz, and it's a good 1440p monitor with a great panel.

Yes, 120GB is enough. You'll only save about $25 by dropping the MX300 to a 120GB SK Hynix SL308 though, and the MX300 is a better drive with more than twice the capacity. MX300 is definitely worth it IMO but the SL308 will do if you really need/want to save a little bit of money.
