Well um no. Depends what your budget is, you'd be surprised on what the best GPU is on the market. What's your budget?

He isn't technically wrong. The 1080ti trumps all GPU's at gaming.

Yeah he pmd me with a list of gpus he can get and the 1080Ti was the one.

Technically the Titan Xp is the "best" but it's horrific value and an overclocked 1080Ti will perform on par, or better in games due to better cooling. So, 1080Ti is the best logical GPU currently available.

That said, the best GPU for you depends entirely on your system and monitor(s).
