My girlfriend is tweaking out cuz she thinks she's pregnant cuz she has lower back cramps, and "cramping" but I think she's overthinking the situation lol anyway it's been a week, how soon would you be able to know?

i think its a couple days or maybe 2 weeks. You'd have to look it up online. She could always take a test

typically few weeks to show signs, has she took a test?

It's around 2-4 weeks to see and feel signs. My girlfriend always tripped when she thought she was pregnant, but it always nothing.
