So I wanted to upgrade my pc, here are the specs of my pc :
CPU : Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU G2010 2.8ghz
Motherboard : Intel Corporation DH61BF
RAM : DDR3 4096 MBytes
HDD : TOSHIBA 500gb
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce GT 220
Case : Generic one I don't know the name

So I canvassed for upgrades and stumbled upon this :

CPU : Intel Core i5 - 7400
Motherboard : ASUS B150-PRO Gaming/Aura 1151 AVL ATX
PSU : Thermaltake TR2 700W 80Plus APFC
RAM : Crucial CT8G4DFS824A 8GB DDR4 2400 MT/s
HDD : SEAGATE 1TB 7200RPM 64MB
GPU : PALIT GTX1050TI 4GB DDR5 128Bit
Case : Deepcool Kendomen midtower

Is this good for decent fps or even 60fps? I want to play PUBG, Fortnite, Battlefield 1, and other modern titles. I don't need a monitor, mouse and keyboard, I do have os, and i'm gonna use this basically for gaming with a little of school works. My budget is 35000 PHP which in USD would be around 700$ but can shell out until 750$ yeah I do want some aesthetics for my rig

Don't go with what you chose, cheap ram, ish PSU, bad case.

Give us a budget.
Are aesthetics something you would like implemented?
Do you need a monitor, keyboard, mouse?
Do you only plan on gaming?

Where will you be buying components from?
What monitor(s) will you be using?

The shop is called PCWorx, it's here in the Philippines though in a mall
I use a Toshiba TV 18" for a monitor

Component availability looks quite shitty so this is a little over your budget, but it's the best I could come up with;

with this case;

Re-use your current HDD and grab this SSD;

This is an alternative PSU you could get, for a slightly lower price;

If you need to make it cheaper, you'll have to drop the Ryzen 5 1400 to an R3 1200.

Thanks for the suggestion! Can you tell me what the advantages of this build from mine? I can shell out a little more if I really want to

Better/nicer case, much better PSU(whether you go with the FSP one or Seasonic). Plus it includes an SSD.

Lastly, i5-7400 makes no sense whatsoever. It's a really bad investment. I would have suggested a Coffee Lake i3 or i5 but motherboard availability is shit worldwide and CPU availability in the Philippines appears to be pretty terrible so Ryzen is the best option for you.

The salesman told me the better the wattage, the better the performance. I guess it was all marketing strategies

I want to ask about amd CPUs because all I have been hearing is them overheating and stuff, and my friends probably just hopped in the bandwagon telling me amd overheats even though they haven't tried the cpu. Is it really a true issue? Cause I've been thinking of getting real help since this is the first time I'm going to build a pc all by myself and I don't know much of the intricacies of the techno world. Thanks for the replies though! It helps a lot!

Yeah, he doesn't have a clue what he's talking about.

Nope, not true. It's an old stereotype but it mostly referred to GPUs. AMD launched several GPUs a few years back that got very hot and noisy with the reference cooler. Ryzen is pretty efficient. It's actually Intel that have issues with temperatures, at least in the last year or so mostly.
