Hi I have attached a video of gameplay from my PC. It was played just as poorly as it was recorded. I am wanting to upgrade my PC so that I may stream and record in 1080p 60fps.

My current specs:
Windows 10 Education
Intel i5-4460 CPU @ 3.2GHz 3.20 GHz
8GB Ram G skill DDR3-1600 (4GBx2)
64 bit system
MSI GTX Gamping 4G

Please help.. and please be descriptive and tell me what should be upgraded first. I am assuming my RAM should be priority but I will wait to hear that from one of you guys.

It is also set to the lowest quality settings and wouldn't even run properly or smoothly enough to play a single game.

Also download HWmonitor and post a screencap of your system information. Want to see what your temps are.

I'm playing fornite during these

The disk gets up to about 60% when loading the game and exiting the game
The Memory stays around 66-70% while I am playing the game
And the CPU stays around 20% the entire time

Any of this mean anything oh and the temperatures and what not are attached:

There's your problem, your CPU is at 99C. The thermal paste on your CPU has gone bad, and will need to be reapplied.

Your GPU is also reporting 0% utilization which is odd. Hit 30% max, went down as you more than likely alt tabbed to take a screen shot

So I need to apply thermal paste and what do I do to utilize the GPU more? The windows 10 isn't activated yet either.. could that be an issue as well?

No don't worry about Windows being an issue, focus on the hardware. Get that thermal paste on quickly or look into a better cooling solution. Hot temps can lead to damaged hardware.

Look on g2a or Kinguin for cheap Windows 10 keys. Or just crack it if you know how to.

As "AD4M" & "Forest" said you cpu is running at 99'c which is way to hot, remove your CPU cooler and clean the thermal paste, then re apply, your cpu is throttling to the heat.

Edit: Also check your cooler is working properly as that could also be a issue if it continues after applying Thermal Paste.

What about the GPU not being utilized?
