Pre ordered COD but still haven't been given unlock token or i can't figure out how to get it at least.. I pre ordered from the Xbox store so assumed it would be there waiting for me

Have you gone in to the HQ social space and gone to your mail? That is where you collect your pre-order bonuses and double xp if you have any. If it is not there, then it means that you are affected by one of the many technical problems with the game. Activision are aware of the issue and will hopefully roll out a title update mid-week to correct all of the problems.
