OK, so I did so many things to try to get this to work. I did the following:

    Bought a new battery.

    Bought a new AC Adapter.

Uninstalled the battery drivers inside Device Manager and reinstalled them.

Turned off my laptop and pressed the power button 5 times.

Turned off my laptop, took the battery out, turned the laptop back on, did what the first part of the 3rd point said, turned off the laptop, put the battery back in, did the remaining of 3rd point.

Nothing works...

I'm doing this so I can get my battery to charge so that I can reinstall the BIOS software so that I can fix the audio. The thing is, the audio that comes out of my laptop's speakers is for some reason coming out of my headphones rather than the actual sound the headphones make that sounds way better than my laptop speaker's. My headphones are in my laptop, but are not detected in Playback Devices. I went to the Realtek HD Audio Manager to see if the headphones are even doing anything, and are confirmed that they are in (hence of why my headphones do have audio). Not only that, but if I use my microphone on my headphones and listen to the sound, it's the same sound as my laptop's. My laptop's speakers and mic are not that good, which is why I use headphones to make sound and recording way better, but the properties of the laptop are shoved into my headphones and what my headphones are capable of are disregarded.

What do I do? (I tried to make this as specific as I can.)

First what type of laptop do you have? second is the battery that you purchased an OEM or is it a generic one? I may have a solution to at least the battery problem, I used to work as a laptop technician and when we had problems with the batteries make sure the battery is fully seated and plug it in and leave it alone for a couple hours.

Laptop: Toshiba Satellite C55D-A

Never knew what an OEM meant. So, I searched it up, and compared it to my new battery. It didn't say "Toshiba" on it, so I assume it's generic. If you possibly want to know what the battery model it is, just in case, it's PA5109U-1BRS.

So... Is this it? There's technically no one else who knows another way regarding battery charging? Maybe a way to install audio drivers without BIOS (Which requires 20% or more battery power) so that I can get my headphones to appear in the playback devices which makes the headset and mic work? The battery is legit the only way I can get everything back smoothly. I've been in this mess for months.

Sounds like an issues w/ the power delivery system. Possibly the mobo, a cord to it or the power delivery system itself, because if a computer is plugged in it should power on and boot regardless of the battery inside

Make sure you reseat the battery:
      1. Remove the battery
2.Power on the computer without the battery
      3. Put the battery back in (if possible: do it while it's powered on)
      4. See if it works

if it still does not work:
      1. Check if it's the right powersupply (and the right amount of amps output)
2.Test with another powersupply (third party should work)
      3. Try to get your hands on another battery of the same model to try it.
      4. Try YOUR powersupply on another laptop that uses the same "tip" (Most toshiba of the same years should have the same powersupply socket)
