So basically when I send an email to people using footnote with my business details are on each email the images aren't displayed when sent to the person. The person is prompt to click 'display images'.

Anyone know how to fix this so people don't need to click that?

It could be a number of different issues. One being their email client is automatically blocking the images or your image could just be too large of a file.

Not really. You can embed the images where they work like attachments, use linked images, or embed the images in data URIs. Different clients block different methods by default. The solution is to design your emails to look good even if images are not shown.
