So I just got a new kv and placed it and rebooted my Xbox. But load up time is hella long and I'm signed into network but when I try to sign in it just loads and does nothing any suggestions. Thanks the help

when you put the new KV on the root of your HDD, did you go and clear your HDD cache 3 times, then reboot?
