So I am this close to buying an og tag and I just have a question about it, once I buy it off of him, am I able to change the gamertag on it then hurry and change my main account to the tag? Cause I hear people have turbos ready and I don't see a point in doing it if so.

Personally i wouldn't take the chance in changing just to get it on a main account, Someone will snatch that GT faster than you expect then you would of just threw your money away.

Yeah sounds risky, unless you purchase the account, wait a few months, then attempt it. Always a risk

If you have heard "turbos are ready" please don't change your gamer-tag. I lost my gamer-tag "Camera" to being careless when knowing my tag was going to be turboed.

Please do not change it, just change all the security information on the account so he has no chance of getting back into it and maybe for your own safety use a middleman.

Contact xbox support, explain and hopefully they'll swap them around for you, I know they might not be able to do but worth it rather than risking loosing it completely.

Depending on how much the tag is worth I would go with your gut and not risk it. Either way I wouldn't want to have an og on my account that holds all my progress

Doesn't Work. Not only is the gamertag attached to the account even if you could get it on another account a bot would probably take it.

Do not go for the swap right after purchase.

If you decide to do it later down the road don't let anyone know about it or when you are doing it.
