I got negative credits after changing appearance for 3,000 cr. I had a little bit over 3,000 when I got it. I was able to actually change my appearance, but now I have -2,782cr. I put in a ticket on their website, but I was wondering if anyone here has had this problem.

I've never had this happen. Seems pretty weird considering it should just -3000 from your current total.
There may have been some network issues causing it to do -3000 twice resulting in the credit debt

I contacted support and they already know about this issue and are "working hard to fix it!".
